Do they have mobile phone packages you can purchase without the phone [ie using my own iphone6 ] I am heading into Optus today to get it unlocked for the purpose of use OS. Appreciate your answers.:fingerscrossed:

Yes - you can choose from two different providers.
Once you have the SIM card, you Topup with vouchers and can choose whether you use the balance for voice & text or apply some of it to data packs (100 AED for 1 gb data, for instance).
