Hello

I am British and recently submitted a visa application for my South African husband. I returned to the UK to start a new role in September. We meet the financial requirement as I was working for 2 different employers in South Africa for the past 12 months. We were married in 2005, have two children and have lived together since marriage.

My question is that we missed one payslip from 2013 January - all the rest are evidenced and backed up with letter from employer with income, dates, role, contract type etc. Also backed up with bank statements.

Has anyone any experience of success in obtaining the uk partner visa and missing one payslip.

Regards

Georgia

Three possibilities:
They allow your application using discretion.
They ask you to submit the missing payslip (though this seems to be less common).
Your application is put on hold, and when you send in the missing payslip, hopefully they will approve your visa.
