This might be a dumb blonde moment for me but...
I just did my visa online and paid in full. I don't recall filling out the Appendix 2 for Settlement, VAF 4A. I went page by page with the application from one that I printed out. I know I have to submit the Appendix 2 but where do I fill it out?!
I could print it; but I assumed they would add it into the application as they asked me which appendix I was going to use.
HELP!
