Hi I am wishing to apply for a skilled visa and i am the main applicant. I have a child and wont want to work full time. My husband is a business owner in the uk and will be getting £6000 minimum a month so will be able to support us. I dont know how to get around this can anyone help?
He could get a sponsored/nominated visa from his dad (uk business partner) but not sure if that would qualify him to be the main visa sponsor? all suggestions really welcome xxxx

I just answered your other post....The 190 visa does not have any condition that you must work after the visa is granted. So you can choose to work or not, and if you do work it can be for any employer, in any occupation, for any level of pay, full-time or part-time, etc.

So you can be the main applicant, and then be a stay-at-home mother in Australia while your husband works. Not a problem at all.

Thank you so much for this advise. I probably will still work just wondered if there were rules to the 190 visa. Thanks :)
