Does anyone know:

Is there a minimum salary to qualify for a work sponsorship visa?

Is there a minimum amount of hours you need to work to qualify?

My wife (who does not yet qualify for a spouse visa) has been offered a part time job in the UK, and I was wondering if she might be able to get a work sponsorship visa.

The job she is offered has to be on the "shortage occupation list"

Not only is there a minimum salary but before an employer can offer her a job they must first prove there is no one in the UK or the EU who can fill the position.
