Hi,

I have recently got +ve skill assessment for a SE from ACS.
The letter states that i have an experience of 2years 7months. i will have my ielts result on 23rd March.
My 3 years of work Experience completes on 16th June.
So my question is can i apply for NSW SS and/or Vic SS on 23rdMarch?

If the state in question has the requirement for minimum of 3 years exp for your selected job code in there job list, then you can't. If you do so, then the application will be rejected on the ground of not satisfying minimum eligibility requirement.
