Hello all,

I need to convey a message to CO that my PCC might take 60 days or longer according to the concerned authorities. could you please let me know the best way to do this?

should I lodge a PLE? or respond to the email sent by the team on behalf of the CO?
how is everyone responding to/Contacting their CO?

How did they contact you? dont you have the CO's email id? write back to them saying the same, asking for more time. else, if you applied online, just send a PLE asking for the extention.

Hi Anj,

I applied online. the email htat i received from a team on behalf of CO was from a generic mail box. I will just reply to the email and see.

I was in same situation. I contacted to the team's email. All the communication I had was with the person who was representing CO. PLE is for general enquiry.

I would go ahead and reply to team's email.

you have to send a separate PLE,
The following is the acknowledgement received in team mail which I sent....
"Application enquiries should be made online using the online enquiry form.
You can access this form by going to
General Skilled Migration Post-Lodgement Enquiry Form
(Note: If you have included an enquiry with your documents, you will need
to resubmit your enquiry separately using the online enquiry facility as it
cannot be answered from this mailbox.) We try to respond to all enquiries
within seven (7) working days."

ozcraz...i sent an email to the team email id and received the same automated response ...now confused again.
