In fact there is an eye test and I remember that the numbers/alphabets were in various colors which would be a hindrance for color-blind people.
But I dont think that your visa will be rejected on the basis of this..
It is just a board with alphabets and number kept like 10 feet away and will ask you to read with one eye closed. thats all. nothing much. Doc will ask you if you wear spectacle or not.
I wouldn't think it would be a problem unless it was a new problem you had. The Dr noticed that I am blind in my left eye from just looking into them, I have a lazy eye ( no squint so its not noticable) and the lense doesn't adjust, he was concerned until I explained it had been that way since birth.
