I am 20 years old from england and potentially moving to Dubai to work for a large real estate company which I think is great... only slight concern which may sound a bit petty to some is the whole issue of sex outside of marriage or so much as holding hands outside of marriage!! can someone give me the lowdown on this cause it seems to me that my options are either celibacy or risk being sent to a Dubai prison if caught.

when you say outside of a relationship does that mean it is tolerated for men in a relationship or is it strictly marriage?
ok thanks, yeah to be honest I tend not to do that in the uk anyway, is that common amongst expats then? cause like I said I don't intend to flaunt it I just could not be celibate (im only human!)Just keep it on the downlow. No sex on the beach, drunk make out sessions in taxi's etc. and you'll have no problems.
