I intend to buy a 3 BedRoom apartment (2098 Sq Ft.) in Marina Promenade. Can anybody help me with an idea of fair price today for this apartment

dhs.3m an average price advertised for 3 bed Marina Promenade so I would be looking at 10-15% below this figure.

I'm no expert though so hopefully someone else with more experience of this building will come along.
