Hi im new to this site and me and my partner are currently in the process of a 457 visa.
I am a fully qualified mechanical engineer in the UK and looking for information on company's that offer sponsorships or any information on getting a work sponsor.

Any advice would be great

You need to stay away from the agencies until you know what your options are, especially if you are already paying them to do nothing :(

You can actually apply for it yourself. No need for an agency unless you are really not confident enough or have health or criminal history issues.

Read as much as you can and figure out what visas you might be eligible for then come back and as many questions as you want to help you along.
