Going by the requirements laid out in another thread, here is our draft letter which will be on company letterhead etc. Is the wording correct?
I am writing to confirm that [highpass] is a permanent contract telecommuting employee of our offices in New York, USA, has been employed by us since October of 2011, and shall remain employed by us after relocating to England, UK.
His starting salary in October of 2011 was $43,200, equating to £25,828. His current salary which he shall retain upon relocation to the UK of $49,200 equates to £29,415. He has been paid over £18,600 annually since his initial employment.
