Hi all,

Just wanted to know if the letter that comes from the family you are staying with needs to be handwritten or is a typed letter with a signature okay??

Also, if anyone has a template of what should be said, that would be a HUGE help.

I will get a letter from my Fiance and each of his family members living in the house. It is a 6 bedroom house with only 4 people living in it. I will also have a floor plan and a copy of the deed and utility bills.

We just need to know how to approach the letter :)

Thanks for the help in advance :)

The letter should be typed and signed. It should come from the owner of the house, and gie you permission to live there. You will also need an inspection to prove no overcrowding - this is highly recommended but not required.
