Hello, advice needed please - I am currently working my notice with my employer, I have Public holiday Lieu time and owed hours, the company policy says i can take these during notice if I want to (I don't), however I am being told I have to take them.
Where do I stand in regards to labour law - can the company make me take these hours instead of having them paid?? - payment of these hours is possible.
