Hi all,

Please can you share information about processing of 'Labor Agreement - subclass 120' visa. My wife's employer NSW Health has applied for her nomination in the second week of March and we thought it would be ENS 121 but have been advised recently that it's not ENS 121 but Labor Agreement subclass 120. However there is not much information available about this visa on the forums except there is only one thread started in Feb 12 where two of the members have updated their time lines.

Any info about this visa type or processing time is highly appreciated...

Regards,
Mansawant

Labour Agreements are formal arrangements between an employer and the Commonwealth which allows for the recruitment of an agreed number of overseas skilled workers. Both temporary and permanent visas can be granted under the agreement. Agreements are generally effective for two to three years.
