How long do koupes keep?
I've got a couple (Pap's variety) in the fridge which have been there about 48 hours and my stomach's rumbling in anticipation.
Back in the UK I'd scoff them without a second thought, but I suspect that these ones aren't pumped full of chemically-preservativey-doodly-wotsits, and I wish to avoid energetic reactions in the nether regions.
My frying pan awaits at the ready (as do I, not having had brekkie yet).
