Hello all. I'm new to the forum. I'm retired and looking to relocate overseas. I've been looking at the Philippines with interest. Warm beaches, fishing and diving sound great to me. But I'm also interested in history and historical locations. Does anyone know if spending time in Europe/ Eastern Europe is affordable. I travelled through Europe in the late 1970's and enjoyed it greatly. Is it possible to travel to eastern European countries? Is it difficult to obtain visas? I have a decent retirement income but I am by no means wealthy, so would like to find out if traveling to that part of the world is a possibility for me. Thanks for any help.
