Mods,

I applied for my residence card on my wife exercising her treaty rights as a student.

She finished her studies a few weeks ago, and she is now looking for work.

I was told here that this shouldn´t be an issue regarding my application, since it was sent in while she was studying and we both have medical insurance.

However, if I needed to send evidence of her actually looking for work, would application emails and interview/non selection emails be accepted as enough proof?

Once again, thanks for your help on this journey!!

You don't need to send any evidence because you are applying on the basis of being a student at the time of application. Don't submit evidence that isn't needed. When she ends her studies, she automatically defaults to being self-sufficient (being supported by savings or your income etc), until she starts earning as worker.

Thanks Joppa, we did send in our statements (below 18600) but we also showed that we paid six months rent in advance for the flat where we are living in, hopefully they will rely on that as far as funding while we look for work.
