Have you seen any shops selling IPad Air 2 / Gold / 64 GB / WIFI + cellular? I went today to several shops in the Mall of the Emirates and all they had was 16 GB devices. I know that you could buy it from the Apple's UAE webshop but the delivery is 1-3 days. I would need the device urgently....
