There are only 48 seats left for Occupation Code Group - "2613"..for this FY...

Looking at your EOI submitted date, you stand no chance in this financial year as there are many applicants in queue ahead of you....

IF there aren't any IMMI rule changes in July 2015, then most probably you should expect an invite around Sep 2015.

Do you think there will be any rule change in July 2015 by IMMI.....?

I have query in regards to EOI submission for 190 subclass.
Brief details at my end..

EOI - Yet to submit
Visa - 190
Occupation code - 261111 - Business Analyst
Points break up -
Age - 15
Education -15
Exp - 15
PTE-A - 10
Total - 55 + prospective SS - 5 = 60

My query is in regards to submitting EOI under 190.

I am done with my ACS (2014) Business Analyst 261111 / PTE Academics and in process of EOI - 190 State sponsorship. ( 55+5) = 60 points

Can I submit multiple EOIs for different states ( NSW as well as Victoria or any other )
or should I select the 'Any' state option in EOI

What would be the implications of doing so?

Looking forward for feedback from experienced forum members !

Hi Nitin,

There are no implications if you submit multiple EOI's but do remember to create two different accounts with 2 different emai ids at skill select.

Don't feel sad as I'm also in the same situation as you.

Regarding Rule changes in 2015, no one but the IMMI dept would know this.
We just have to wait another 1.5 months or so.

Regarding age...until you turn 33 there shouldn't be any reason for concern.

Hi Sameer..

Thanks for the revert and clarifying the EOI doubt..

Just to reiterate , I can submit individual EOIs for NSW and VICTORIA states separately
and whosoever responds back , I can take it ahead.. am i correct .

So to summariZe , there is no limitations on EOI one can submit for same subclass 190

are you sure we can have two accounts for Skill select? i meant is that work?
i submitted my skill select for 190 with 55 + so there is possibility to gain 5 point for credential community language next month, can i make another skill select account and submit EOI for 189 visa? so i can be ahead in queue

For PCC - My wife's and my kid's passport is of Gurgaon, but we live in Bangalore. As a dependent (Also claimed 5 points of Spouse), we need to get PCC done.

So, did she need to travel to Gurgaon to get the PCC done Or we can get the PCC from Bangalore too?
Also is PCC is required for my 3 year old kid ?

You can get the PCC done from nearest PSK office in Bangalore.


PCC is NOT required for your Kid.
