Instant cash property buyers in France?

I sold my property in England through one of these companies because it was a very pretty old "listed" house in a tourist district and I knew I would face months of people coming in just to have a look around. It was fantastic - the whole thing took just 6 weeks; no hassles, everything taken care of - and no endless stream of people inspecting. Well worth a 10% drop below the top valuation I had done. Now I have a beach apartment to sell on the south coast of Franceand I would prefer to sell it the same way rather than have it sit with an immobilier for months.
