Hello,

Our proposed time to send of application 15 September, however, due to TB test taking 9 weeks, it will be 15 October approx.

Our inspection report is dated 12 July 2017 and will be 5-10 days "out-dated"
from when we plan to send our application off.

Will this be an issue?? Will the ECO be kind and let it slide.

The property will still have the same measurements, and rooms, and is not even close to overcrowding (has 9.5 to be overcrowded, only 4 will be staying).

Also, have a written confirmation from the owner(s) of the property of who lives there which matches inspection report, and also confirmation of those who did there no longer living there with proof.

Help please.

All documents need to be produced within required time-limits otherwise you risk rejection by the ECO.
Suggest you get the Surveyor to re-date and sign the report.
