I am currently on a Bridging Visa associated with my Subclass 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage) visa application, which is pending a grant decision. Concurrently, I have submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Subclass 189 (Skilled Independent) visa through SkillSelect and am awaiting an invitation.
If I receive an invitation for the Subclass 189 visa and submit my application before the Subclass 482 visa is granted, could this affect the outcome of my Subclass 189 application? Specifically, is there any risk of rejection for the Subclass 189 visa due to having applied for both the Subclass 482 and Subclass 189 visas simultaneously?
