Immunisations Vaccinations

In my brief readings of what USA's checklist for migration, vaccinations are to be up-to-date.

Can anyone advise how I can find out what are the necessary vaccinations for those relocating to USA?

Also, I'm unsure where I can get a printout of vaccinations for myself. My parent and guardians are clueless what was administered. I can collect the printout for my children from the Immunisation Register, but I don't think that register existed when I was a child, not to mention that I may have received vaccinations when I lived overseas with my parents.
