Hi all,

I've added my name in the Severn Trent water bill so that I can get one more item in the joint name as proof of cohabitation for when time for ILR comes. We ordered a copy to be sent to us by post and I just noticed that the one we received has got 'Copy Bill' written on the first page in large grey letters as a watermark. Will this be a problem? Will they accept this as a real proof of cohabitation? I mean, it was for real sent to our address, but the fact that it says 'copy bill' makes me worried that they may think we have just printed it from the online account ourselves.

Has anyone else experienced this? I imagine I'm not the only one receiving a water bill like this.

I think its ok. I did the same for our council tax and water bill (I asked for an annual summary) and it was shown in there copy of bill , I had no issues .
