Hi,
A question in the Finance section asks if I own, or rent my accommodation or "other". The correct response is "other". The next question asks who owns the accommodation. The correct response is "My husband". It then asks for a letter signed by "the owner" giving permission for me to stay there. As he has already provided a declaration that we are living together as partners and intend to live together permanently in the UK is that sufficient?

Kind Regards,

Sukanda

I would read this question as whether as a couple you own , rent etc

so if you husband owns, I would put just own

the other option would be for situations when your living with parents etc

The correct response is "other".
I disagree, if your husband who is sponsoring your application owns the property, then you "own" it
