Hi,
Quick question about the ILR 10 year long residence settlement. When my current visa expires (Tier 5 Youth Mobility), I will have been legally living in the UK for a little over 10 years (and have spent less than 500 days out of the UK/haven't left the UK for more than 30 consecutive days).
Please find below the previous visas I have held/currently hold.
- Tier 4 (General) Student
- Tier 1 HS Post Study Leave To Remain
- Spouse/Partner Leave To Remain
- Spouse/Partner Leave To Remain Renewed
- Tier 5 Youth Mobility (as a Canadian citizen)
Do all these visas count towards ILR 10 year long residency? And can I apply for this after a Tier 5 Youth Mobility?
Thanks!
Isa
