Hi,

I had 2 questions when booking my IELTS exam. Where should I be sending the scores to? Please the attached image, I have selected DIBP, but, I don't know what's the Name of Person/Department.

Could somebody who booked the IELTS give more information on this?

Secondly, on the Passport Issuing authority, I have mentioned it as "Government of India". Please let me know if this is incorrect.

Firstly, I don't think you need to send the scores to DIBP at this point.
Second one is fine , "Government of India"

Hello there,

Kindly go ahead and send it to DIBP. If you do it now, later it will save you a CO Contact and avoid unnecessary delays in Granting the Visa after you Lodge the Application for Visa.

Passport Issuing Authority is typically: "Regional Passport Issuing Authority Name of City"

Example: Refer to this URL: Hyderabad RPO Page

regards,
Raj

This is typically the passport office name, for instance Regional Passport Office, Delhi, India
