Hi ,
I need to prove my partner has 6 at all sections of IELTS. She has been awarded 6 at IELTS academic. Do you konow if DIPB accep IELTS academic instead of IELTS general.
thanks a lot
Basically IELTS "general" is opted
Not sure if your spouse appeared for "Academic" and it can be accepted.
Most cases DIBP wants IELTS "General" only and it will be considered because every test result will have TRN number and in that format, the last letter will be G which means its "GENERAL" category.
So better ask your spouse to take exam in "General" category to avoid unnecessary hastles
DIBP accepts both academic and general tests for all visas. Some skills assessors accept only academic version, which is often why some people need to must take it.
