I am in the process of collecting all the documents, before I approach the ACS I have a few questions.

I have a Masters in Economics degree, but am a Business Analyst by proffession working for TCS.

Would ACS consider my application for assessment based on my education ? as I do not major in computers.

I do have trade certificates such as NIIT , etc.

What are my chances ?

Yes, education determines your application type and further the number of years of work experience that cannot be counted for points. You should study the Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants - August 2017.pdf for more details.

From what I know, only a few Microsoft and CISCO certifications are recognised, not sure about NIIT, but search this forum and see if that can be assessed as a Diploma.
