Hey everyone , I have an apartment to rent in Dubai sport city and I was wondering if anyone has any idea as to what sort of rent to expect?

Property is not ready yet but expected date of completion is June this year, I went to see the building and it's almost finished.

Please let me know if anyone know what sort of rent I should be looking for and what kinda tenants I should avoid.

Regards

hmmm subliminal advertising??? did you not do your research into rental expectations when you bought the place? Also you need to avoid the 'kinda' tenants that potentially wont pay. surely you will have a legally binding tenancy contact and obtained legal advice about being a landlord no???

What are other people charging for similar properties? If rentals have increased then increase your original rent, if they have decreased then same procedure. Is this your first rental property? If so research in to what your competitors are charging, make appts to view to see what they are offering potential tenants etc. its all about being proactive and doing effective research.
