Hello There,

I currently have a small successful business which has been running over 2years now and turned $85K profit last financial year.

I currently have a Company (LLC, which I can change Inc. if it would help) based in Delaware, a Tax ID/EIN, A BOE-400-CSC (CA Tax Form) as 4 of my major suppliers are based in CA (and in order for me to sell to those residents as well), I also have a Bank Account (in the business name), and could probably have a resident vouch for me (although I'd like to do it on my own accord).

What I want to know is what steps I would need to take and what my chances are, as I currently have a Wife (Married 2months) and 22month old son to gain entry to California?

Any help/advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks for taking the time to read :)

Go to the two official site uscis.gov and travel.state.gov and familiarize yourself with investor visas. We have several posters who went that route. I am not familiar with the respective steps in your situation.
