Dear All,

I have applied for ACS on 7th December, 2009 and on 24th Feb, 2010 they changed the status to "With Assessor" and got registered post number.

Well two questions.

1. If I have applied for ACS on 7th december will I also be affected with the new rules or I have no problems as I already started my procedure with ACS

2. How to get state sponsorship..kindly provide any links so I can read and apply. I havent appeared in IELTS as I am thinking to appear for IELTS after my +ve ACS results..cant spent that much money.

Please help me about state sponsorship and questions

thanks

I think Link of all states are available in sticky post. choose which suites you.
You should apply one at a time. some are paid but some are free, processing time has been increased now, you have not mentioned your specialization/occupation, so can comment which is better for you.

I am "Oracle Specialist"
You can apply for victoria (Which is free), ACT and WA. I would recommend you to Victoria and ACT as these states have most of the IT jobs.

More details are available on state website.. if you are stuck some where, you can post it here, someone would answer.....Good luck..

Not sure with RPL but they also need assessment letter which is to clear any ambiguity in their mind. You can upload Diploma or any other certificate (I am not RPL candidate, so not sure about this)
