I want to apply for Canada PR but as per my preliminary assessment I can get around 350 points, breakup is as follows :
Age: 75
Education: 126
Skill transferability: 50
Spouse education: 10

Assuming I Score CLB 8 and my spouse scores the same, it will add another 91 (88+3) and we will get a total of 352.

Neither of us have any experience working in Canada or do we have any relative living there.

Can anyone please suggest if there is any way that I can improve my score and get somewhere near 450.

From the information you provided there is very little likelihood you will be permitted to immigrate to Canada.
