(These instructions might also help for Windows, but if Skype for Windows still has a call export feature, then it's not needed.)

I just hacked my copy of Skype; the full call log IS in there, even though it doesn't display anymore. It's in ~/Library/Application Support/Skype/{username}/main.db (from Finder, click Go, and hold down alt to show Library). I copied main.db somewhere safe, opened the copy with SQLite Database Browser, and exported tables Calls and CallMembers to CSV files. I then opened both files in Excel, pasted the 2 sets of data next to each other (the number ofd rows match), and used "={cell}/86400+24107" to convert begin_timestamp into the date & time in UTC (24107 will vary based on the spreadsheet software you're using; you have it right when timestamp 0 shows as 01/01/1970 00:00:00), and ={cell}/86400 to convert duration to call length. (You can add the two together to get the end date & time.)
