Hello experienced people,
I am new to this forum and immigration to Australia. So I want to ask you guys about how to apply for 190. My points are 65 and hopefully become 70 after state sponsorship. But I dont know how to apply for individual state or what. Thanks in advance.

Follow the steps shown here- https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/190-#tab-content-1, http://www.expatforum.com/expats/au...-australia-what-you-need-know-read-first.html

- Identify an occupation from the occupation lists which best suits your qualification and experience- https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2017L00850

- Check which states are open to nominate you on your occupation- State migration sites | australia.gov.au. Check eligibility requirements for states open for your occupation.

- Get a skills assessment for your occupation from a relevant assessing authority, sit for an English test (if want to claim points)

- Count your final points score based on the skills assessment, and submit an EOI for Visa 190

- Apply for state nomination on the State Immigration website.

- If invited, apply for the Visa.

I have submitted the EOI but I found only two options there for 190. Either apply for all the states or only one specific state. Can I apply for 3 chosen states like NSW, Victoria, and QLD?

Secondly, where to find "Apply for state nomination on the State Immigration website."

I mean do I have to apply separately for the state?

If you want to apply for more then 1 specific states, you will need multiple EOIs which is legally allowed

Create 2 more EOIs and apply for the other 2 states as well

Many states have their own sponsorship website also

Some allow you to apply directly to them also instead of going through Skillselect
You will have to search the website for each state you are interested in and check if they sponsor your Anzsco code, and if so whether you are eligible to apply

Cheers
