I am currently outside Australia and from the visa it seems that my Visa starts when I arrive in Australia right? do I understand it correctly? eg if I arrive at feb 2023 it will expire feb 2025? However, from the 2nd picture I got from my vevo it seems like there is a visa expiry date? would that be updated when I arrive in Australia? or will it expire in 27 oct 2024

That should be updated after your first arrival. In VEVO it also mentioned in the last line that "02 years from your first arrival on this visa"
