Hi everyone,

I hope you all are good and well. As my time is coming closer to apply for spouse visa, another question is raised. My wife right now is living with her mom and they are living in a house which is owned by housing association. My wife right now is looking for a flat where me n her can live as soon as i get there but can i move with them in this housing association place or is this going to affect my visa application. My wife also gets disability, is this also going to affect my visa and she is also on tenancy agreement along with her mom. her mom is also disable and get's allowance for that but to make it clear my wife earns around 1300 pounds a month and we both have got savings of 5000 pounds. we have all papers done but this accommodation thing is making both of us worried. can anyone help us on this. Thanks for reading and time. Help will be appreciated...

No problems about HA property, provided you get permission of landlord (HA) for you to move in. Your wife's disability benefit won't affect your application as long as you have enough combined resources to meet maintenance requirement.
