hi all, can anyone give us advice on this hotel,since booking it have heard bad reviews,we took it because it was cheap and close to the border at gibralter,we are going in aug for 5days,is there a way we can get deposit back?there is 5 of us all together,maybe someone might know of somewhere else close to border at a reasonable cost ,hotel ,apartment or villa, any answers would be greatly appreciated, we live costa blanca and travelling own on the 13th aug so 6hr run, please help a i,m getting married !!many thanks,evy.

The cancellation policy must be on your booking confirmation, for most places it's 24 hours.

You aren't likely to get any bargains in August, but check out review sites like Trip Advisor or Virtual Tourist to see what else is around.
