Hi, After waiting 6 months to hear from the Home Office regarding my husband's spouse visa I contacted my local MP who has found out from them that they never received my supporting documents. Having paid priority service, this is not something one would expect. I have proof that the documents were received in Sheffield and returned back to me after 6 days in December 2016. They have now stated that they want me to send the suporting documents as soon as possible. My husband applied for his visa in December and the supporting documents are within 28 days of the application date. We are now in July. Do I still send them the same supporting documents I sent them in December or do I have to start all over and send new ones?

Thanks,

Tabassum

Well if they've asked you to send your supposing documents then I advise you to send them as soon as possible, retain your proof and also send your previous proof that you regionally sent them anyway
