(oh dear sorry for the spelling mistake in the title.)
To cut to the chase, I want to move temporarily with my family to Canada for a year or two, but I have Hepatitis C.
Do I need a medical for this length of visit, or just if I am applying for PR?
I have searched this forum and googled, but I cannot find any information regarding this at all. Can I enter the country?
Any help would be so appreciated, thank you.

As above type of visa is need to be known to answer, but for an example IEC they ask for medical insurance to cover your visa timeframe.... Tuburculosis and mental health issues they take more seriose

I'm actually not sure what visa as yet, I don't want to look into it too much further if I cannot go because of my health status.

Well, you need to figure that out as it impacts as to whether or not you need a medical.

Unless you work in certain fields, you don't need a medical for Work Permit. You don't need it for an IEC visa either.
