I am new to this forum just hoping to gather some information regarding the best visa for my situation.
I am currently 18 years old, studying my last year of A levels, when this is complete i am hoping to go to Australia for either a gap year or to study (university in aus) depending on what Visa i can get.
I have family in queensland where i will be staying with so a student visa or working/holiday visa applicable to this state is what i'm looking for.
I am wanting to go over in August however i understand this is not the beginning of semester 1 in Australia. I was wondering if it is possible to go over on a working/holiday visa with a view of changing to a student visa while i'm there in February.
Any information would be much appreciated.
