I want to prove relationship with my brother.
My mother died after giving birth to me and my brother. We both have birth certificates mentioning both parents names(1st mother and father name).
After some years, my father got married to new woman.
Me and my brother have passports with Step Mother(2nd mother) name and Same father name.
I have following documents.
1. death certificate of 1st mother
2. marriage certificate of my father (with 2nd mother)
3.birth certificate of sponsor(brother) and mine (with 1st mother and father names)
4. passports for sponsor(brother) and mine (with 2nd mother and father names)
is it suffice to prove that sponsor is my brother ?
Please experts help me.

I have one more question. I have Tax returns (online filed). Should I certify(notarised) these Tax return documents before uploading ?

Tax return documents usually have government seal or related information on them, it is not required to notarise these documents, but it wont hurt to do so.Thank you for replying. Lets see view of other applicants.
