I am applying for a Long Stay (Scientific) visa for starting PhD in France. I have finished my Masters last year and since then I have been unemployed and staying in India.
(1) What should I mention under the 'Current occupation' and 'Employer' details? (I am thinking of mentioning 'Not applicable' or 'Unemployed')
(2) Given the fact that I have been unemployed, this appears as no credit in the previous 3 months bank statements that I have to submit with the application. Will this affect my application? (The PhD position is funded though)
