Hi,

I applied in October 2009 and have received a request to fill form 80 from DIAC a couple of days ago. I already filled personal particulars character (form 1221) online when I applied. In that form I gave an intended date and wrote Melbourne as intended destination.

Would there be any problem if I change the intended date (earlier than the one I wrote in form 1221) and select Sydney as the destination in the form 80? Or should I say not yet decided?

They have mentioned that if it is not yet decided we can write Not Decided.

Please help me.

Thanks Anj.

The question for which I don't have any answer for eg: "Other names known by/used before", should I write N/A or just place a hyphen "-"?

Regards.
