Hello All,

I have a query below

I am going to apply for ACS and before that I need notarized affidavit from my old companies colleagues or supervisor.

My previous companies are not in same state as I am now in.

So is it necessary I have to get stamp paper and affidavit from that state notary only OR I can get affidavit ready from my current location notary and just get affidavit signed from my previous colleagues by going there.

Please help me urgently
