Hi, I posted my wife's flrm application yesterday. I completed the application online and then printed it and sent my documents to the address which was stated on the application form;
Family 2 and 5 year Standard,
PO BOX 3468,
Sheffield,
S3 8WA.

I have noticed that the paper application (completed by hand) has a different postal address;
Home Office,
Leave to Remain - FLR(M),
PO Box 495,
Durham,
DH99 1WR

Could someone please tell me if I have sent it to the correct address?

I used royal mail special delivery and when I go onto the online tracker service it states:

"Statuselivered. Your item with reference BH592239875GB has reached its PO Box and is awaiting collection/delivery."

Its been like this since the 18th of July, does that mean the home office have not received my application?

I think you should for a few more days. I reckon UKVI collects in bulk, say after a week or so.

All postal applications go to Durham.

biometrics enrolment letter came through yesterday, it was dated 21/07/17. As for royal mail tracking service it still has not been updated!

The online application clearly states send to the PO BOX address in Sheffield, so we will do the same! Hopefully your application is going smoothly!
