DIAC site confirms that you should not go for Medicals unless your CO Requests you to as it determines the entry date...I (personally )waited untill my CO requests...but there are many who has submited before CO asks as well..I recently recall a thread in this forum regarding the same matter as well..
Sorry cant help you on the birth certificate matter...however BC is a critical doc...

Ask your CO. It is written very clearly on DIAC that some countries don't have BC. In such cases you need to provide some other proof of age.

Tenth class should be fine.

It is your call on medical and PCC. Since your is an online medical will not take much time. But get the PCC done, since cost is less (300Rs) and the chances of delay with PCC is more if you have got your passport on tatkal.

deepz if you have a doubt, get an affidavit made from your parents side and one from yours stating the DOB clearly and that you do not have a Cert/


recently there were lot of changes made, MODl taken off, CSL to be taken off in april, on and forth, i dont suggest getting the meds done right away. u never know what happens next and when your application is taken up. u can go on with the PCC, again, both meds and PCC decide your initial entry date. if i was u, i would make sure its done when atleast i know i have a CO
