health Insurance for spanish on a New Zealand Citizen Family Visa

Hello, I'm trying to get a new zealand citizen family visa to live in Australia with my partner, my biggest problem is to get the health insurance, i've been looking for it but there are a lot of different options and I don't know wich one covers me enough to get the visa, I'm trying to look for the cheapest one but really i don't have any idea as in my country we cover health with tax, so I have never had to do that.
I've been in contact with the australian embassy in Spain and they answer all my questions but not about the insurance:confused2:
I asked also if I could do the same insurance I used to travel to Australia and look for an australian one being there but as they don't answer...
