Hi guys,
I've been reading through the CIC website, Quebec website and through lots of old posts here... but one thing is still unclear to me due to information overload...
I'm trying to establish the exact order in which things must be done.

From what I have read, we must first secure a job offer, we don't need the HRSDC opinion as my husband's job should fall under NOC IT job descriptions, and we then make our visa application? It would seem that employers would want to be very easy-going to take this approach to employing people as it would takes forever! This order just doesn't make sense to me - am I missing something?

And for anyone wanting to work in Quebec - we must have their certificate too - but again I can't find out at what point in the process we should do this.

Aaaaaaaaagh and I thought it was difficult when I moved from Ireland to France!

Any experience you may have had or website recommendation for a simplified version of the process would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
